SAFETY
Banton Construction has a strong commitment to safe working conditions and is dedicated to keeping its employees, subcontractors, customers and the general public safe during all phases of the construction process.
It is the policy of Banton Construction to conduct the operation and construction of its facilities without personal injury or property damage and to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all individuals in and around a job site.
In order to accomplish this, Banton employs a safety officer who directly oversees the company's safety program. The safety officer visits all projects on a regular basis to review general and specific safety issues.
The safety officer is also charged with regularly updating the company's Health and Safety Policy and Requirements, which serves as the guidebook for all employees. Each employee is required to be familiar with and responsible for compliance with all of the guidebook's provisions.
In addition, Banton regularly offers its employees training seminars where the latest methods of jobsite safety are rigorously outlined.

Statement of Policy: It is the policy and firm conviction of Banton Construction that safety shall be promoted in the workplace for all employees, subcontractors and visitors in keeping with good practice and federal, state and local regulations.
Banton's Safety Officer is designated to coordinate and oversee the implementation of the above policy in the field. As part of this responsibility, the safety officer makes inspections and provides periodic reports to upper management on all projects.
