WHY BANTON?

Proven Experience:
  • Banton was founded in 1979 and over the past 28 years has been committed to constructing high quality buildings and developing strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors and local community.
  • The firm's founder and president has successfully managed the firm over nearly 30 years of varied economic periods and has maintained direct control over all company activities throughout the firm's history.
  • Although Banton has largely expanded since its inception, the firm has upheld two key philosophies which have directly contributed to its success: slow and steady growth over the years and upper management's close involvement in each and every project.
  • Banton has an extended history of projects ranging to $20 million plus, as well as sound financial references and relationships.
  • Banton maintains an experienced staff of management personnel as well as highly skilled carpenters, laborers and electricians.
  • Banton utilizes state of the art computer software to manage our projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Our clients range from private individuals to the largest corporations in Connecticut.
  • Banton values the strong relationships we have developed over the years. We encourage you to review our customer testimonials page and also to contact any or all of our past clients to confirm our qualifications as a full service contractor that will consistently exceed your expectations.

Commitment:
Being a mid-sized firm, Banton is fully capable of providing the resources necessary for projects from small to large in scope, while also offering the benefit of the personal oversight of the company's upper-management. Our top personnel – including the firm's President, Vice President, Controller, Estimator and Senior Project Manager – directly oversee each and every project. This oversight is further strengthened by a dedicated project team, which consists of a project manager, project engineer, safety officer and Banton's office staff.

Controls:
Successful projects require three essential elements: Schedule - Quality Control - Cost. While it is not difficult to achieve one or even two of these elements; consistently producing all three – a quality project, on time, within budget – requires extensive project management with experienced team members, as well as qualified tradesmen. Successful contractors must achieve these goals repeatedly in order to survive in the industry. Our client's testimonies attest to our ability to not only meet these standards, but to consistently perform above and beyond.

While many of today's contractors have evolved into merely management companies, Banton has refused to incorporate this philosophy. We have historically maintained our own forces of tradesmen and equipment and perform a large percentage of each project's trade work in-house. This ensures our control of the quality, schedule and cost of each of our projects.

Customer Satisfaction:
The growth plan of our company has been drafted in a blueprint by our customers, with their needs and demands as the structure. Banton has taken that blueprint and built a successful, value driven, quality oriented company that we take great pride in. Whether it's preconstruction, budgeting, or project closeout, our employees strive to exceed our customer's expectations with value and quality of work.

Money is time sensitive, and that is why we dedicate a large portion of the preconstruction process to tailoring our construction schedules to meet our client's needs. Often, our clients require us to work during plant shutdowns, or during time when the environments require little or no disturbance during daily operations. Banton prides itself on its ability to draft and execute project schedules that will overcome any logistical challenges in order to meet the needs of our clients and their businesses.

In short, Banton is extremely confident in stating that if given the opportunity to serve you, we can greatly enhance your projects as well as provide valuable budget controls.
