Banton is dedicated to keeping its employees, subcontractors, customers and the general public safe during all phases of the construction process.
In order to accomplish this:
- Banton employs a Safety Officer who directly oversees all aspects of the firm's safety program.
- Banton maintains a Safety Committee comprised of six rotating employees from within the company.
- Banton provides mandatory training to all employees in all aspects of construction safety.
- Banton conducts jobsite safety meetings on a regular basis.
It is the policy of Banton Construction to conduct the construction of our client's facilities without personal injury or property damage and to provide safe and healthy working conditions for all individuals in and around a job site at all times.
